The Field Service Technician, Swing Shift, Service Station Systems role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday schedules of four 10-hour night shifts. Pay starts at $26–$28 per hour, with a conditional increase of $2–$3 per hour within 12 months. Service Station Systems, a Northwest Pump company, services fuel systems and related station equipment. The technician maintains and repairs fuel dispensers, pumps, and point-of-sale systems at customer sites. The work supports safe, reliable fuel-system operations through troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and adherence to safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Maintain fuel dispensers
• troubleshoot and repair leaks and replace components
• assist with tank monitoring and sump pump operations
• perform pressure testing and replace meters, filters, and sensors
• troubleshoot electrical and point-of-sale issues
• document work and update systems
• set up safety equipment and barricades
• maintain a stocked company vehicle
• drive to customer and shop locations, with occasional paid overnight stays.
