What you'll do

• Greet prospects and present community features and amenities
• secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and complete documentation
• provide service to current residents
• monitor local market conditions
• contribute marketing and resident-satisfaction ideas
• generate traffic through outreach to employers, merchants, and locator services
• assist with approved advertising and marketing programs
• follow up with prospects and residents to support relationships and lease renewals.
