Guest Services Representative – Fitness Center (Part-Time, Evening)

What you'll do

• Greet and check in members and guests
• provide information about memberships, programs, services, policies, and procedures
• answer and direct calls
• assist with account and billing questions
• register participants and process sales
• address member concerns
• process and document transactions
• reconcile cash and receipts and verify deposits
• complete closing paperwork
• maintain the front desk
• document injuries, incidents, and emergencies
• communicate concerns and facility issues to supervisors.
