Field Engineer

Job overview

The Field Engineer role is full-time onsite at a project site in Homer City, PA. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The Field Engineer coordinates project planning and field execution, helping ensure installations meet contract documents, quality standards, schedules, and budgets. The position is a development role with a defined path toward Project Manager and contributes to successful project delivery and customer coordination.

What you'll do

• Work with owners, engineers, and estimators on project estimates, scopes, and contracts
• oversee field activities for compliance with contract documents, quality standards, schedules, and budgets
• coordinate construction with owners, engineers, OEMs, and other contractors
• monitor productivity and earned value
• initiate change-order processes
• update schedules and status reports
• serve as a technical liaison and provide analysis and recommendations to field supervision.
