The baker supports daily production by preparing and baking products, checking quality, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with packaging and other bakery tasks. The role helps the team complete production on time and keep bakery operations organized.

What you'll do

• Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake breads and other bakery items
• monitor dough, proofing, oven, and bake times
• prepare ingredients, set up pans, package and label products, and restock supplies
• use bakery equipment safely
• check product quality and freshness
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• clean work areas and equipment
• rotate ingredients and report low supplies
• assist the team with production tasks.
