The Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing role is onsite in Clarkton, NC, on a rotating first-shift schedule. Compensation is $32–$38 per hour. iBoost Talent is partnering with a food manufacturing client to support cooking and packaging operations. The supervisor oversees production execution, workforce accountability, and staff development on the floor. The role monitors output, quality, safety, and efficiency; ensures compliance with food safety and quality standards; and works with site leadership on process improvements and operational continuity.

What you'll do

• Oversee cooking and packaging production activities across alternating shifts
• support production readiness and shift execution
• coach, train, and develop production staff
• ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and internal quality standards
• track output, quality, safety, and efficiency indicators
• collaborate with site leadership on process improvements
• maintain an active production-floor presence
• assist with weekend and overnight operations when required.
