What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct nursing services and department operations
• maintain nursing policies, procedures, and manuals
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services
• work with the quality improvement committee on corrective actions
• complete incident reports and required records
• participate in quality assurance, surveys, inspections, and meetings
• support discharge planning
• and ensure adequate 24-hour nursing coverage and staffing.
