What you'll do

• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• wash glassware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand when needed
• handle linens and trash
• clean receptacles, beverage machines, dish storage, sinks, prep tables, and buss tubs
• rotate dishes
• follow sanitation policies
• assist prep cooks and kitchen staff
• bus tables and assist bartenders with bar cleaning as needed
• perform opening, closing, and side work
• report sanitation issues
• maintain dry storage, kitchen, cooler, and freezer cleanliness.
