Traveling IT Depot and Device Deployment Technician

The Traveling IT Depot and Device Deployment Technician role is onsite in East Moline, IL. Compensation is $15–$21.43 per hour. The position supports an IT services and consulting client’s depot and device deployment operations. The technician prepares and maintains end-user devices through imaging, configuration, repair, inventory control, and project-based deployment. Accurate ServiceNow records and coordination with IT, configuration, and shipping teams help keep device lifecycle work and shipments on track.

What you'll do

• Image, re-image, configure, and set up laptops, desktops, AV devices, and smart devices
• perform device refresh and lifecycle activities
• troubleshoot and repair hardware
• track assets and inventory
• update ServiceNow records
• conduct inventory audits
• support shipping, receiving, staging, and project deployments.
