What you'll do

• Drive annual influenced sales for the Business Transformation practice
• develop executive client and prospect relationships
• expand existing accounts
• participate in client delivery
• partner with the Managing Director on practice strategy and go-to-market positioning
• lead proposal development and solution design, including pricing, scoping, and staffing
• coach and develop consultants
• support practice operations and resource allocation
• identify cross-practice opportunities
• build market presence and professional networks.
