Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• oversee ABA therapy implementation
• train and support staff
• collaborate with families and caregivers and provide parent education
• monitor and analyze client progress
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians or behavior technicians
• maintain documentation and compliance with insurance, funding, and regulatory requirements.
