The manager leads installation and maintenance work for computer and network systems at public safety answering points and data centers. The role coordinates technicians, clients, and internal teams to deliver projects, resolve service issues, and meet customer service-level requirements.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor installation and maintenance technicians
• review deliverables and schedules and mitigate issues
• provide on-site project support at significant milestones
• serve as the installation and maintenance contact for the program manager
• coordinate client meetings and communications
• develop project scope, resources, budgets, and schedules
• advocate for client issue resolution
• monitor service-level performance
• travel frequently within Ohio.
