What you'll do

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, lead conversion, rebooking, and retention
• coordinate sales goals with managers
• coach front-desk teams
• engage clients and prospective members
• follow up with leads
• support membership reactivation, upgrades, retail sales, and referrals
• review performance metrics and create action plans
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, local marketing, and client concerns
• travel between locations as needed.
