What you'll do

• Analyze current processes and pain points with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
• document current and future workflows
• translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• support ERP/MES configuration and implementation
• write test cases and support UAT and go-lives
• identify process improvements
• support Lean/Kaizen initiatives
• track results
• prepare training materials and SOP updates
• communicate changes to end users.
