What you'll do

• Manage water, fire, smoke, mold, odor, and other restoration projects
• schedule technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• conduct site visits and monitor progress
• communicate with customers, adjusters, staff, and referral partners
• complete job documentation and estimates
• submit billing and invoices
• monitor costs and profitability
• maintain equipment and vehicles
• ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety policies
• coach field technicians.
