The Maintenance Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Everett, WA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $36–$38 per hour. The role supports property maintenance and resident living conditions at Allied Residential communities. The role coordinates staff, repairs, renovations, vendors, budgets, and safety practices.

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify service needs and resources
• assign and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• obtain and review contractor bids
• direct contracted projects
• purchase supplies and equipment
• manage the maintenance budget
• maintain labor, materials, and cost records
• support property upkeep and unit turnovers
• promote safe work practices.
