What you'll do

• Wash, peel, chop, and measure ingredients

• maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and store ingredients properly
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• monitor prep inventory and communicate needs
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• support the kitchen team as needed.
