Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid Role - Outpatient (2 days remote/3 days in clinic) This is a hybrid position working 3 days in person at the CORA Tampa clinic and two days remotely. The Digital Health Specialist provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers. CORA Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient services.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care
• Use digital platform to deliver telehealth visits
• Perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services
• Communicate with primary treating clinician
• Serve as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health
• Maintain regular reporting and data analysis.

What we're looking for

Education

Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
