What you'll do

• Work with restaurant managers to create, update, and maintain operating procedures
• handle payroll and HR
• ensure compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws
• maintain company documents and databases
• purchase equipment, schedule repairs, and manage vendors
• support hiring and onboarding
• pay and record invoices
• maintain calendars of appointments and meetings
• set up, implement, and update restaurant technology.
