Route Supervisor

The Route Supervisor role is onsite in Oak Creek, WI, with compensation of $26.44 per hour. Alsco Uniforms serves customers through its uniform and linen rental business. The role exists to support the Service Department and help manage route districts, strengthening customer service, route performance, and team development. The supervisor works with route service representatives and branch teams to support retention, growth, and consistent service procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist with training, meetings, daily check-ins, route rides, and relationships with route service representatives
• support customer visits, audits, new installations, problem solving, and communication
• communicate policies and evaluate route organization
• support safety and service procedures
• operate company vehicles and perform route responsibilities when needed
• assist with retention, sales, promotions, and customer relationships
• monitor competitive activity and maintain service agreements when running a route.
