Full-Stack Engineer, Investment Platform

Job overview

The Full-Stack Engineer, Investment Platform role is hybrid in Foster City or San Francisco, CA, with one to three office days per week and Fridays in office; fully remote may be considered for ideal profiles. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus potential bonus. Scale Venture Partners invests in enterprise software companies, including AI-enabled applications. The engineer owns and evolves internal software for portfolio monitoring, fund operations, and limited partner reporting, building automation and tools that help investors and finance teams use portfolio data and complete reporting workflows.

What you'll do

• Extend the in-house platform for portfolio monitoring, valuations, financial tracking, and quarterly LP reporting
• build AI-driven ingestion for board decks, financials, and portfolio reporting
• develop automated error resolution
• build internal language-model agent tools for querying portfolio and pipeline data
• work with investor, finance, and investor-relations users to turn feedback into shipped features.
