What you'll do

• Prepare and reconcile monthly MINC and TRACS reports
• complete annual, interim, and move-in certifications
• monitor HUD and USDA Rural Development compliance
• conduct inspections and file audits
• prepare for reviews and audits
• guide the Occupancy Specialist
• manage rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, lease violations, move-outs, and deposits
• oversee contractors, maintenance, work orders, and turnovers
• review budgets and expenses
• coordinate capital projects and contracts
• serve as primary contact for residents and stakeholders
• coordinate leasing and marketing
• submit monthly management reports.

Why this role
