The leader plans and leads student worship gatherings, develops student volunteers, and coordinates musicians, songs, and rehearsals. The role also provides pastoral care and encouragement within the worship team and supports worship needs at middle school camp.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead student worship services on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings
• build service plans, schedule musicians, select songs, and conduct rehearsals
• play an instrument and lead vocally
• recruit and develop student volunteers
• lead a weekly team night or rehearsal
• provide pastoral care and encouragement
• maintain instruments and gear
• support worship at middle school camp.

Why this role

High school diploma required; at least one year of worship-leading experience required. Piano and/or acoustic guitar and strong lead vocals are preferred. The candidate must be an engaged church member or willing to become one and agree with the church’s Statement of Faith.
