What you'll do

• Monitor project costs and field productivity

• identify and document potential change orders
• maintain client relationships and address concerns
• conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
• attend job cost reviews and report project status
• perform material take-offs and coordinate procurement
• plan and coordinate site activities, deliveries, and inspections
• administer construction contracts
• monitor labor reporting, approve timesheets, and provide two-week look-ahead schedules.
