Supported Employment Supervisor

The Supported Employment Supervisor role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. The position supports Rochester Rehabilitation Center’s vocational and employment programs using a person-centered approach to help consumers prepare for and find employment in the community. What you'll do

• Supervise program staff, outcomes, monitoring reports, billing, and contract benchmarks
• provide vocational and career counseling and monitor individual goal plans
• support job placement and retention through resumes, interview preparation, job-search strategies, referrals, and coaching
• build relationships with employers, educational and training institutions, and community stakeholders
• maintain service documentation and productivity standards
• prepare and review monthly billing reports.
