What you'll do

• Oversee property operations, safety, security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, and contractual compliance
• develop and administer operating and capital budgets
• complete initial applications and annual recertifications for funding programs
• maintain compliant property files
• coordinate revenue collection and resident repair requests
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee performance.
