What you'll do

• Check daily staffing and address staffing needs
• supervise and provide direct nursing care when indicated
• make rounds twice each shift
• meet with new admissions
• ensure medical records are accurate and complete
• assist with admissions, care plans, and assessments
• coordinate resident care.
