Survey Technician

What you'll do

• Perform coordinate geometry calculations for boundary, construction, and roadway projects
• conduct boundary analysis and deed and title research
• calculate deeds, plats, and rights-of-way
• interpret construction and highway plans
• create mapping and plans from field data
• prepare and review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, and subdivision plans
• perform data adjustments and technical analysis
• prepare Metes and Bounds descriptions
• support project managers
• review plans for accuracy and standards
• and assist in mentoring junior staff and CAD drafters. The posting seeks 3–5+ years of surveying experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• LSIT is preferred or equivalent.
