What you'll do

• Show homes to buyer clients
• identify buyer needs, budgets, and suitable properties
• guide buyers through the home-buying process
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• develop homeowner relationships and listing opportunities
• communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• respond to calls, emails, and texts
• schedule showings and provide feedback
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments when needed
• provide property access for inspections and other appointments
• assist senior agents with clients and transactions
• maintain CRM notes and follow-up activities
• participate in training and professional development.
