Dispatcher / Call Center Agent

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume inbound service calls and document requests
• process requests from online portals and phone calls, including emergencies
• create and manage service requests in a computerized maintenance management system
• assign work orders to contractors by location, trade, and urgency
• monitor requests and response times
• follow up on open work orders
• request estimates and submit electronic documentation
• address customer questions and provide status updates.
