Foodservice Equipment and Refrigeration Service Mechanic

The Foodservice Equipment and Refrigeration Service Mechanic role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL, with service work across the assigned local market and limited overnight travel mainly for onboarding and training. Compensation is $70,000–$95,000 per year. Colliers Facility Solutions supports commercial kitchen uptime and food quality through equipment and HVAC maintenance. The mechanic diagnoses, repairs, installs, and removes commercial kitchen equipment and services refrigeration and base-building HVAC. The work keeps customer equipment operating safely and reliably through field service, clear communication, accurate documentation, and coordination with manufacturers and technical support teams.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment
• service cooking equipment, sealed refrigeration, specialty foodservice equipment, and base-building HVAC
• respond to service requests within SLAs
• coordinate troubleshooting and parts identification with manufacturers
• consult with the Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team onsite
• document work orders, time, receipts, and truck stock
• maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
• participate in the on-call rotation
• follow safety practices and pursue OEM training.
