- Direct 24/7 nursing and care delivery operations across assigned Maternal Child Health service lines
- translate enterprise strategy into operational plans
- partner with physician leaders and interdisciplinary teams
- oversee department initiatives and process improvements
- establish and monitor clinical outcome metrics
- ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- oversee recruitment, performance management, and staff development
- manage operational and capital budgets
- direct emergency preparedness and recovery planning.
