Caregiver — Memory Care Setting

It contributes to resident safety and well-being by following individual service plans, observing changes, and promptly reporting concerns to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and getting to activities and meals according to individual service plans
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• recognize and report abnormal changes in body functioning
• perform post-mortem care as needed
• conduct care rounds at least every two hours or more frequently when indicated
• respond promptly to resident requests
• keep supervisors informed about resident location concerns.
