What you'll do

• Manage rental leads
• schedule and conduct accompanied showings and follow up with prospects
• guide applicants through applications, lease signing, and move-in
• manage lease renewals and related communications, documents, signatures, inspections, and deadlines
• coordinate HOA and condominium applications
• assist with move-outs, inspections, turnovers, keys, and marketing photos
• support resident questions, payment handling, and document processing
• maintain records and escalate issues to management.
