What you'll do

• Process loan files from opening through closing and serve as the primary contact for involved parties
• assemble documents required by underwriting guidelines and automated underwriting findings
• review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• analyze tax returns and complete FNMA Form 1084 self-employed cash flow analysis when applicable
• order appraisals, title, and hazard insurance and track status
• communicate with borrowers about procedures, information, forms, and loan status
• report lead and loan status to leadership.
