• Coordinate investor subscription documents, accreditation, transaction processing, investor records, and communications
• support investor meetings and the REIT sales team
• maintain entity and ownership records
• coordinate due diligence, annual reports, registrations, and regulatory filings
• oversee investor and transfer-agent portals
• reconcile records and support compliance workflows.
