Donor Engagement Officer

Job overview

The Donor Engagement Officer role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Seattle, WA. The position pays $80,000–$100,000 per year. Food Lifeline partners with food banks, meal programs, schools and community organizations to provide nutritious food and address the root causes of hunger. The officer manages relationships with a portfolio of approximately 150–200 individual donors and prospects, primarily those giving $1,000–$9,999 annually. Through outreach, stewardship and conversations about giving opportunities, the role strengthens donor engagement, supports future major giving, and contributes to philanthropic revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of approximately 150–200 individual donors and prospects

• identify supporters who may deepen their investment in Food Lifeline.
