What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop medical billing specialists
• manage claim submission, payment posting, claims edits, and accounts receivable follow-up
• resolve complex payer and denial issues
• identify denial root causes and implement corrective actions
• monitor billing KPIs
• improve reimbursement and reduce accounts receivable and rework.
