The Controller / Vice President of Finance role is onsite in Salina, KS. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000 per year. The position supports a growing industrial automation organization and partners with its CEO, COO, executive leadership, and Board. The role combines hands-on accounting ownership with strategic financial leadership, providing reliable reporting and analysis to guide operational and companywide decisions. It leads budgeting, forecasting, controls, accounting operations, and oversight of Purchasing and IT.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls
• own month-end close and financial reporting
• oversee percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and cost-of-sales accounting
• present results to executives and the Board
• lead Accounting & Finance and oversee Purchasing, supply chain activities, and IT
• manage ERP finance/accounting functions, cash approvals, fixed assets, external accounting reviews, tax filings, and financial partner relationships
• serve as Board Secretary.
