• Perform and record monitoring activities, process verifications, and audits.
• Enforce plant-specific and corporate food safety programs.
• Perform pre-operational inspections.
• Document and maintain records.
• Audit supplies.
• Design and implement new procedures.
• Interact with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement.
