Clinician – Family Based Recovery

What you'll do

• Provide direct services in homes, offices, schools, or other identified settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, support discharge planning and community linkages, provide case management, and complete required clinical documentation.
• Participate in peer consultation and quality reviews, collaborate with program and clinical staff, and maintain skills in the agency’s evidence-based models.
