• Provide customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone recruiting and outreach

• follow up on qualified leads and identify candidates
• conduct initial phone screens
• coordinate with account managers to match candidates to openings
• meet division metrics for dials, placements, and profiles
• seek out recruiting tools
• promote a team-oriented culture
• follow company policies and standards.
