What you'll do

• Receive, label, date, and store deliveries
• remove trash, recycling, and cardboard
• wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment
• replenish operational supplies
• transport cookware and plateware
• clean and sanitize assigned areas and facilities
• coordinate daily responsibilities with porters, chefs, and management.
