What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate resident care on the weekend Baylor unit
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans
• provide direct care and assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures
• report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• maintain resident care records
• participate in quality improvement and policy development
• communicate with residents, families, and colleagues.
