The Youth Fitness Coach role is onsite in Everett, WA. The stated pay range is $20–$25 per hour. Classes typically run weekdays from 9–11 a.m. and 3–7 p.m., and weekends from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; schedules are flexible based on center needs. KidStrong’s program develops children’s physical skills, confidence, and character through weekly classes. The coach leads children through the KidStrong curriculum and helps deliver age-appropriate physical, brain, and character development activities. The role supports children and families through safe, engaging classes and communication with parents and guardians.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6–15 children, approximately 12 months to 11 years old
• teach the provided KidStrong curriculum
• keep classes on schedule and at the appropriate pace
• greet students and parents or guardians
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• maintain center cleanliness
• record class data in the coach app
• complete training and attend required staff meetings
• assist parents of students age 3 and younger with class flow.
