Floating Leasing Manager

What you'll do

• Travel to assigned communities, typically 50%–85% of the time
• lead and coach leasing consultants
• provide operational and leadership coverage during site-team absences
• assist with onboarding and training
• guide prospects through application processes
• support reporting, file audits, and compliance checks
• prepare apartments for move-in
• respond to resident requests and prospect inquiries
• monitor vacancies and rental and renewal goals
• report site needs and leasing performance.
