What you'll do

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion and removal training and product education
• provide customer service while working toward sales goals
• maintain patient records and manage order follow-up and customer notifications
• follow safety standards and company policies
• support inventory control and merchandising
• maintain an organized work environment
• mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
