What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite and remote IT support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, conferencing, mobile device, and access issues
• support Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, identity management, and cloud collaboration tools
• document tickets and meet SLA targets
• assist with onboarding, offboarding, workstation deployments, and office technology
• coordinate with IT teams and support AEC tools and regional offices.
