Parts Manager

The role supports Midwest Mechanical Solutions, an AIR Control Concepts company, whose mission is to build lasting relationships and deliver creatively applied HVAC solutions. The Parts Manager leads warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating teams and business units to improve performance, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and service. The role also oversees budgets, vendor and carrier relationships, process improvements, and operational reporting.

What you'll do

• Direct shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics
• manage and develop supervisory staff
• establish and monitor KPIs
• coordinate forecasting and stock levels with sales, purchasing, and supply chain
• manage carrier, 3PL, and vendor contracts
• implement process improvements
• ensure OSHA, DOT, and company standards
• oversee budgets, capital expenditures, and reporting
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• perform quoting and ordering from client requests.
