What you'll do

• Develop and validate heat treatment recipes for additively manufactured parts and welded assemblies
• conduct material testing
• maintain process specifications and SOPs in compliance with NADCAP and AS9100
• lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• train and support technicians
• coordinate with suppliers
• manage calibration schedules and temperature uniformity surveys
• improve shop-floor workflows.
